Scrolling Problem, extreme graphics lag.

  I have SC4 Deluxe on my PowerMac G4, and the first time I played it (on max graphics settings) it ran fine. The second time, it started to lag, and eventually crashed to desktop. Third time, it lagged so much when I tried to scroll around and empty city, or a region, I quit out of frustration. I've heard there is a fix to this problem, in the form of a patch or something, but I can't find it. Please help!

EDIT: I fixed the problem, got the patch from Aspyr. Thanks anyways!

Have you tried uploading the new Graphics_Rules.sgr file?

One thing is that for me i can't even open and install the patch from Aspyr. There is always an error saying that a file from Rush Hour can't be found or patch cannot be opened since CD is mounted eject Simcity 4 and try again. Why can't Aspyr just actually make the game all over again because I bet all they did was extract files from the exe. files in the game and sell it . Come on Aspyr! Out of all the games that I haqve purchased from you guys this is one that you have put the least amount of effort! I bet they didn't even test the game.
