Running SC4RH under Linux with wine 1.3.4 (beta)

I've been getting out of the blue CTD's.  Sometimes when I am scrolling, sometimes changing magnification (by key, I usually don't use the mouse wheel).

I am doing a recovery, and may have missed something, but all the patches are in, and I think I have picked up all the appropirate STEX fixes.  So far the only major plugin is the current NAM.

I have fixed the known problem with the wine registry, and it got rid of my striped boxes, but there may yet be something else.  I've installed all the winetricks that seem applicable.  The console trace doesn't tell me anything useful, so if there are other Linux users, help!?

EDIT:  Oops.  Posted in wrong thread set.  Thanks for moving this over.

He who plays with beta software may get his fingers burned.  Got the wine 1.3.5 distro later today, and everything is much better now.
