Ok look at this picture http://sv.tinypic.com/view.php?pic=nd3lmx&s=7 , If you look at the regions which are opened, you can see under the water, i solved this by reducing my Resolution to 1200x800 from 1600x1200, and since i have 25,5"

It's pretty big in 1600x1200. So i wondered if there was any solution to this, or if anyone else have this problem. Please Respond to this.

That's always been a problem and has no solution. The "gap" at the bottom appears as soon as vertical resolution exceeds 1200 pixels.. Keep it 1200 or less and you won't have the problem. It is a visual problem only and has no effect on the cities themselves.. they all will still play properly.

The game limitations such as this cannot be fixed.  We don't have access to the code, and EA has mothballed the game.

It is possible that the horizontal resolution has an impact also, but I have no data to back that... since you seem to have the capability (and apparent interest) you could simply try various resolutions and see what the limits are.. I'm pretty sure the vertical is 1200. But at any rate your screen settings are the source of the "glitch" that you see here.

Independent of your screen "settings" ALL modern graphics drivers have the capacity to reset the resolution for each program called to run.. are you using the "default" game setting or are you modifying it via the "-customresolution:enabled" shortcut? Are you running full-screen or in a window?
