Crashes

Recently my game has started crashing when I enter cities. It happens about half of the time and i know it isnt because of water mods, terrain mods, or tree mods. Are there any other known causes for this?

    Does it happen with some cities but not others? Other things that could cause crashes...

    Conflicting or improper installing or removal of seaports and airports.

    Removing plugin files of items that were present in a city.

    its happens in every city... Its happened when i have opened up cities that have never been opened before.

    It hasnt been crashing anymore. Just kind of went away.
