2 NAM problems (easy fix?)

    1st problem on my monorail the supports textures are missing and it looks like the rails are flooting in the air

    2nd problem the new rail bridges are messed up the new rail road bridge does not line up and flots in the air while the new el train bridges sinks into the ground

    NAM installs a selection of new bridges for heavy rail (trains) and El rail. these appear in the bridge type menu as extra selections. On my setup, it selects elevated heavy rail bridges as default, which makes the bridge look like it's raised.  for el-rail, it selects Ground Light rail (GLR) bridges as default, which is why it looks like the bridge has sunk. Selecting the correct bridge type in the menu will fix this.
