Reinstallation issues Please help me.

    After reading the technical support thread I decided to post here seems how the cities xl web site is useless. Upon perishing the game I found that the installation disk did not work So I decide to download a torrent file and everything was fine for quite some time. I recently reformatted my laptop and AES encrypted my harddrive. Yesterday I decided to reinstall Cities XL but the game no longer works.  I have updated the game with the current patch I ran the patch as administrator. The error message I’m getting is a side by side error so naturally one must assume that it’s an ms c++ issue. I no longer have the original disk for cities. I was wondering if someone knew which version of ms C++ cities xl uses and where I can download it. I’m running windows 7 64 bit. If you require more information just ask
