city hall mod has stopped working

I had been using the mod that unlocks the other 2 city halls.

It worked fine til a few days ago I went into the game and the other 2 were not in the menu.

I went into my plug-ins and the mod is there...anyway,I deleted it...downloaded it fresh and put it back in my plug-ins.

Still,it's not working.

Does anybody know of any conflicts?

great question!  ive never seen this mod work, i forgot i had it installed already, thats how long ive had it.. anybody have an update? i would really like to use these other city halls. thanks.

It does work

 

I used to use it and i forgot how to make it work.

 

Basically u have 2 remove the bldgprop_vol2.dat from ur plugin folder located in both the main dir and the simcity4 in ur documents folders.

 

also make sure that ur plugins are all the same in both drectories.

 

i got mine 2 work after removing that 1 plugin, but it is going back into the spots i deleted them from.
