Sim City 2000 Tilesets (Sim State)

OK, I found Sim City 2000 on a site and decided to download it. It was on another site, but now that I'm thinking, it is not bothered as it is already on this site called Abandonia.com. I am asking whether I could get this tileset called Sim State.

It was made by this person, the creator of the site below for it:

OMG this is an awesome site - the idea is awesome. to bad you can't place anything when zoomed to Region view in SC4.

Yeah, but all efforts to download the tileset have been fruitless. I tried clicking on the download sites, but all I got was:

"The page you were looking for is not found."
