Population Problem

I currently have a town with 20000 people -- that's not quite what I want coz my goal is a city with (at least) 100000 pop.

I know it's still a long way to go but I can't even make my city (town) attractive to get people in no matter what I do.

Is that anything I can do raise my population?

Develop the rest of the city tiles.. it will grow just fine.. you also may have some caps showing up, but you can relieve that with parks, city connections, civics, etc

Is this your only city in the region? Try starting other cities around your first city to get demand moving.
