Cannot get high wealth residents and CO's

 Hello. I created a city with a connection of middle class city nearby. In my main city, commute time is low, desirabilty for the high wealth residents and CO's are pure green, taxes for these classes are about 7, very little pollution in the city. Moreover, education, health and safety services are very good, too. However, the demand for R$$$ and CO$$$ is never on the positive side, or very little. Middle class citizens and the middle and wealthy commercial services are the all demand I have (excluding HT industry). I have some R$$$ and CO$$$ in my city, but I can't keep them coming. I tried almost everything, I have connections with highways, I have a medium municipal airport, TV and radio, plazas, etc. May it be related to the fact that I have high tech industry in my city?

I think your problem may be that you are connected to a middle class city, so all you have are middle-class residents. You High wealth residents before you can make high wealth CO, because CO mostly employ high-wealth residents. Try zoning some residential, make sure there is water, put a school and hospital nearby, keep it away from pollution, put it near mass transit, and lower the taxes much more, and you should see an increase in High-Wealth residents, then they should begin to demand the $$$CO and $$$CS. I don't think that high tech industry has any effect, because I put it right next to CO and CS buildings.

try the zero tax policies for them or add more parks and landmarks. It has done wonders in my cities

OK, I reviewed all the comments here and that made me realize that my main city has half less jobs than its population, most of it being middle class. I think I don't really know what the primary requirements are for CO$$$ jobs. If I fulfill these requirements, I think I can provide R$$$ people jobs that they can work, therefore more R$$$ would be more CO$$$. So the question is, what are the main requirements for high wealth commercial office jobs?
