Is There a Mod for Rail Road Tracks

Is there a mod were you place rail road tracks and the dirt can show up without any buildings and zones next to it and without holding the ctrl button and going to a zone and draging the zone from the rail road tracks.

Well, I know a mod that does the opposite: it removes all railroad dirt, even if there are buildings right next to it.

PEG has an alternate rail texture that I really like and have been using like forever. However, if you want the default dirt along the tracks then I don't know of any mod that does that.

Can I ask what this "remove rr dirt" mod might be? I think that'd be a good mod to have in place...
