Is there no rail under rail in NAM?

So, I was under the assumption all along, that you could put a rail->underground piece on both sides of a rail, and then plop a perpendicular rail under rail puzzle piece on top of the rail that you want to cross, just like what you would do with road under rail, but there seems to be no such thing. Is this a limitation of the rail system or was it considered not feasible / useful enough to include?

    Thanks.

I've been going over the combinations of network crossing and intersections and this one I ran into trouble with. I don't find an underground rail under rail.

You might try a burm and tunnel. Use that hole digger thing and create a bump then run one over the top and one in a tunnel.

its that if its the same transit system trains will mysteriously move from one to the other. So some trains on underground will just teleport to the other track

That's only true if the networks are oriented in the same direction, or at a 45° angle.  A crossing at a 90° angle for rail is theoretically possible; it just hasn't been done.
