game crash problem

Hi. I've got a problem. When I zoom or I lay pipes under the city and after that I want to see the whole city the game crushes and it exit. I don't know why is it hapening. Can someone help me?

Game version:

simcity4.exe ver: 1.1.640

This is my equipment:

core 2 duo 2,66GHz

Radeon HD 4830 512MB

4GB RAM

....

Try to do this, it works for deal core computers.

- Start SC4

- Wait for regional view

- Open Task manager (ctrl-alt-canc)

- Find simcity4.exe in the second tab

- Right click on it

- Affinity

- Uncheck one of the 2 GPU

- Should work

Do this each time you start the game
