Disappearing Avenues

i have reinstalled my simcity 4 and rush hour 3 times and it is still the same if i lay out my avenue instaed of the shadow layout the avenue is green line only and after it is laid out it is invisible... please help me.

Sounds like it's showing the Transit paths but not the textures..

    yes something like that... can you please help me how to make it appear again? very hard to build cities without an avenue... dunric.
