What exactly is the building architect tool, and where can I get it?

The building architect tool is a program where you can make your own buildings. You can download it at www.simcity.com, but it won't work for Mac. I heard that it works on Virtual PC, except for you can't download it because of the serial numbers (the mac serial numbers don't work on the SimCity website, which is intended for PCs). Does anyone know whether there is an external site to download the B.A.T.? I want to try the program using Virtual PC.

You can get the BAT here, though it may be an older version, I think there have been updates:

You have to get Gmax from TurboSquid.com.

You can also get a modeling program for a Mac, and as long as it saves in the 3ds format, you can then transfer your model into Gmax, but you would still need to get someone to make a lot and render it for game play, etc.

BAT and the LOT Editor do not work with Virtual PC. Only 3rd party tools like iLive, DatGen, Fishman, Pathtools, SC4Tools, Pathmaker or LeProp work.
