Will Cities XL run with these specs. on "medium" settings?

Here are the specs:

Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo 2.00GHz

RAM: 2 GB

Video Card: GeForce 8400 GS 1266 Video Memory

Operating System: Windows 7

will it run? and what Anti-Aliasing should I use, 2x/4x/6x? (I know 8x won't work)

The CPU and RAM are fine, but this video card isn't capable to run the game on high settings with AA.

Definately not. You'd be lucky to get 10 frames on low with 4x AA on a decent sized city (250k+)

I had a 7800gt before which is better than an 8400GS, and I only got 8 frames a second on my 300k city in street view, on low with 6x AA.

This game really does need a 9800GT or better to run well on large cities.

I have a GTS 250, and now I run the game at high with 16x AA (highest) with a city of over 500k population, and my frame rate at street level is still a playable 12 or so, averaged out.

I have the same specs he has except for the video card. Mine is a GeForce 7600 GS with 512. I know is kind of lame xD, but I'd like to know what AA should I use as well...
