help with essentiels prop

I am looking for BSC mega pack prop texture and I had try a lot of website and none of them have the file available and I dont know where else I can get it. 

Any one know where I can download BSC texture pack and other prop? Please send me the link

The BSC Mega Texture pack Vol. 1 is found here (Although there are multiple BSC Texture Mega Packs):

To download the BSC Textures Pack, you will need to have a membership at the BSC LEX which is here.

As for props....I assume you want the BSC Sim Goober's Prop Pack because it is the most common.....but there are many BSC prop packs.....could you please spacify on which one you need?
