i find it difficult to drive a car..i cant see the roads cause of all buildings...is thats the way it is or can you change the view?

 You can certainly change the view in which way you are facing when it comes to the game. Even when you are driving.

However if you have a dense city to my knowledge the view of the car is what it is and I don't know of any thing to change the visibility.

Very few (none that I can think of other than "free drive") of the missions come into play in developed cities.. in fact you'll find most are just not doable for all practical purposes if you don't get them out of the way early. By and large, other than a diversion, I find the missions to be more annoying than useful.. but that's probably just me.. I have the game "simcopter" from long ago (ca. 1998).. that I used to get a kick out of from flying around the city.. my kids LOVED it when they were in the 7-15 year old range.
