large custom schools problem

Ok, i downloaded Somy japanese urban school: www.simtropolis.com/stex/details.cfm, which seem great for large cities, but seem my sims wont go to it :\

I placed 2 of those to cover entire large $$ and $$$ wealthed city, of ~800k and still growing R population, still i have arround 800 students population in each school, tho coverage is high in entire city? 

And for example in some of my first cities on medium map where i used generic schools, they are full!

Also Somy's is k-12 which should mean it is both ele and high school, and i have also got some other types of larger ele and high schools in some other cities and in some of them sims are willing to go, while they refuse to go in some others.. whys that? 

And have to add, also got some uber hospital that can hold 30k patients, after placing one, entire city pop went to it, so had to use another one regardless i had bunch of generic hospitals all over the city before that and also 5-6 sport centers so seem only schools have problem?

Not all of the population goes to school... only the % that is of a certain age group do, though all the population goes to hospitals.

Also, as the game progresses, the population ages, so the percentage of Sims going to elementary and high school decreases over time before eventually leveling out. New growth in a city will reverse this trend for a while, though.

ye, i know only certain % goes to school, but only ~2k ppl out of over 800k now, and its both, high and ele school, but ye, i would never thought of that z1 said lol.. Playing this city pretty slow on highest speed mostly, since trying to put an effort in it, a lot of details, parks, even residental blocks with same building types which is hard when you have messed plugin folder so gotta destroy buildings xx times before right one pops up, etc, etc, didnt even realised that over 700 years have passed and that big majority of the pop is over 40 lol

 

thx, wasnt even paying attention on those details since was busy building it and planing
