NAM new version(May 2010)

I'm quite new to the NAM...I have the NAM July 2009 version installed...What if I want to install the newest version?What do I have to do?Uninstall the previous version?Please help!!

The first thing to do would be to move your current version of the NAM from its location in the plugins folder to a backup location. I suggest moving it to the desktop. Then install the 2010 version. If you have used other NAM Team features such as the SAM or STR, they have to be copied to the new NAM folder from your backup. If you use the RealHighWay (RHW), there is a new version of it that is compatible with the NAM 2010.

So you suggest to move the current NAM folder(which is in my plugin folder) to the desktop...then install the new version...and then get rid of the older one,isn't it?so for the RHW there is a new version...and about the HSRP?the last thing...I imagine I have to delete all the elements of the previous NAM version located in my cities...is this true?

You would have to copy the HSRP from your backup folder to the new NAM folder. You do not have to delete any old elements relating to the NAM, as the new version contains everythinng the old one had, plus more. Before deleting the backup, check that everything works with the new version. If it doesn't work, you may have forgotten to copy something to the new folder.
