Regarding Tokens

I have a question and I hope someone out there can help me.

What should I do when I have -5 Office tokens?

For a while I use to have +2 tokens that I could export but recently its gone down to -5. I figured that building more offices would give me more to export but apparently thats not working. The profitability of most of my offices are 75-100% with 100% employment in all classes. Passenger services are a little low at some of my offices (50-90%) so I was wondering if that might have something to do with it.

So, would it be wise to decrease my production to bring my demand back up?

Or could something else be causing this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you had 2+ tokens already, and you are selling them, cancel those deals and it will bring back your offices to -3. Then, you need to build more offices (medium and high) to at least have +1 or +2. Then, you will probably need to add more housing if you do this. 2 or 3 business hotels helps around to increase offices efficiency (in other words to produce more tokens).

Or, if really you don't want to build more offices, you need to purchase at least 5 offices to put it back at +2. Either or, you need to have the tokens on the blue side, every category. If something is in red, that means you are lacking that resource (either build them or buy them!).

My other resources/services are pretty much all equal (with the exception of the offices)

I will look into canceling my current deals and try to build more offices. Thanks for your help!
