as the subject says I would like to know if sc4 mapper works on Vista?

Hi, Justinrpg.

I don't have a definitive answer to give you. I am told that it does but I don't have first hand knowledge myself. I can tell you that you MUST read the entire ReadMe file and you MUST have all of the files it lists installed on your Vista computer. Please let me know if you get it working or are still having problems.
