Notice DST may cause posts to not be in the correct order

Last DST there was a time stamp issue on threads in the forum games, the newer posts would end up before the older ones causes confusion, this is just a reminder that at 2 AM EST the issue could come back if so it may be best to wait until the forum sorts itself out.

Reason has something to do with the server running on a time, that is DST affected. Instead of using UTC continuously, and extracting all other times from it, it uses EST, and extracts all other times from it. Problem is when DST happens, an hour gets lost, but it starts in eastern Russia, so time is already different over there, before the server in Canada alters time. However, since an hour gets 'lost' this time, I don't think bad things will happen. When an hour happens two times (2 o'clock to 3 o'clock, then happens again), things might go berserk. Solution: Hope that dirk will one day will get rid of it, by altering the time code. It is a problem with the software, since I've never seen such a problem on SimPeg, SC4D, and several other sites.

Just pointing out something - the issue was caused last time by the clocks being set back an hour. This time the clocks are being set forward an hour. Instead of a jumbled mess of posts, we're going to have an apparent gap of an hour where no-one posted.

Yes, indeed the only "issue" I have observed today is a gap in time. Thread locked.

Once again, just a reminder, (Possible that this forum software won't have this issue) That due to Daylight savings posts may be jumbled, so if anyone sees posts misplaced just know that it is due to DST, which is in 2 mins.
