Problem with Regions

Okay so, i've made my own region and everything and it just doesn't render. Here's a video for a better explanation. Downloading videos from STEX works, but not my own? In fact, this region i made used the same EXACT elevation grayscale levels as the popular Eaton region. Anyway, here's the video and grayscale of my region so please help!

Watched your vid mate and the bit where you click the the jpeg skips through a few frames, but what I have found is sometimes when you highlight your map it doesn't load into the text box. Sometimes you need the click the icon and other times the name and sometime you need to click it a few times until it goes into the text box

Did you make sure it is in a folder of it's own with the bmp.?

Is it found on the regions folder of the SimCity folder?

Cuz' the vid, is of a little low quality, and the names of the folder are difficult to see, also never click the map, the jpg. will not me used if you have selected something in the map.
