Cars and Rail Not Showing Up

 Hey all,

The problems began when I installed Snow Leopard recently. I got the game going again by installing Rosetta and installing the Universal Binary patch.

Presently, I have 3 major issues:

1. Cars are nowhere to be founding in a burgeoning city of 75K

2. Rail cars aren't showing up even though train stations are at capacity

3. When i scroll left/right, up/down buildings disappear then reappear when I stop scrolling. Very irritating.

Has anyone else had these issues and how would I go about fixing the problem?

Me again. Has anyone had these troubles? Can anyone give me any advice to at least try even if it's a shot in the dark?

automata not appearing is generally due to graphic settings. Make sure your graphic settings  are set to high (if your system can take it)

Hi there, I have had some of these issues, but what found fixed them both at the same time is from changing the rendering mode from hardware to software, well it worked for me, but it may not work for you so don't get you're hopes up

Oh, and also, if you want to change the game so no buildings dissappear when scrolling do the following,

1) find "graphics rules.sgr" (normally in the simcity 4 program files).

2) open the graphic file stated above with any text editor (like NotePad)

3) change the property "property noPartialBackingStoreCopies false" to true.

Ps. This can slow the game down
