Railroad tracks not used AND not appearing on transit map

I need help! My rail tracks are not being used. Actually, they aren't even registering at all. On the transportation volume map, you can't even see the rails (used or unused). One of the cities had work rails initially, but then they disappeared from the transport map. I have added plugins, but nothing related to rails or transportation mods. It's driving me crazy because I keep getting told that my "wares are piling up" and to "build some roads and rails to neighboring cities." Please, someone help me figure out what the problem is.

What kind of pictures? I know how to take the city snapshots, but I don't know how to take a picture of the traffic map. As best as I can describe it, though, I have rails throughout my city and connecting to other cities, but they are not being used and do not appear on the traffic volume map, which makes me think that they are not registering at all.

You can get a picture of the traffic maps by hitting the print screen or "Prnt Scrn" button on your keyboard and then pasting in a picture editor such as photoshop or microsoft paint. Now when you query the tracks and/or the train station what do you see for usage? Also, have you made any neighbor connections?

Did you happen to install NAM?

If yes, uninstall it and reinstall it with the proper driving side (if your country (IRL) drives on the right side of the road, use RHD and vice versa)

If no, it seems SimCity_1.dat may be damaged. Copy it over from the disk.

Yes, I did figure out it was because of the NAM installation, however, I did have the correct driving side selected for it (LH). Anything I can do to fix it, or will I just need to play without it?

Try switching to the other hand side and see if it works.

look if you get the wharehouses message to place ROAD or rail then just place roads
