Cheats DLL not working in WINE

So I run Linux and play SC4 in wine. Everything else works somewhat perfect-the game patch .exes worked and now it even runs in my native resolution by default. way cool!

However something which I did not realise until recently when I found a backed up plugins folder on my USB drive is that the Buggi's Extra Cheats.DLL file does not seem to do anything. I am assumming it was not meant to run natively outside of windows and wine is ignoring it. Everything is stored in the fake C:\ directory that wine uses but maybe I have to do more than, change its name maybe?

All my other games including my Steam ones work fine, etc. Something isn't right and hopefully if there are any gurus hanging around here, some support would be wonderful
