 Does anyone know if there is a lot plop that has all of the essentials in one building. School,fire station,hospital,police station? I hate building all of them cause it takes up so much room  where I could place more residential or commercial buildings. And I could have the satisfaction of just having to build one instead of 4.

Lots having both elementary and highschool functions have been released, however all-in-one buildings haven't, probably because it is impossible. Also, there are several civic buildings released with a high radius, meaning that you don't have to build so many, partially solving the room problem.

Actually this is what I am talking about.If you know whether there is another version of this that has a much bigger radius or

 covers a large city entirely that would be awesome.

I don't know the first thing when it comes to modding, but my logic says that changing the radius should be as simple as opening the dat file in a special program and changing a number.

Exactly what I was gonna say.I was planing to do it myself but like you said before,no idea how to mod the thing but it should be simple enough to do. Maybe someone will go and fix it so all of the amenities Hospital,School,Police Station,and Fire station will be full large city radius and repost it. Hell i'm sure it would benefit for alot of people who don't like building all 4 of them and save room XD.

Yeah it would help a lot for those of us wanting to focus on things other than civic buildings. To be honest, I would love a water pump that would cover the whole tile without pipes, but I might be distilling the game too much by doing any more.

I tried opening the file in ilive reader which I think is the right program, but I can't find any numbers to edit so I think we should find someone that knows what they're doing, and get them to do it for us. Any volunteers?
