Downlaods on SC4

i had sc4 on my old laptop which got formatted now i have a new one which im using just now, i downloaded things onto my old laptop and i was able to use them in my cities. i reinstalled sc4 onto this laptop and its not putting the downloads onto it, what should i do or what have i done wrong???

Hello,

Considering that your laptop has been re-formatted, your plugins folder has probably been blanked as well. Remember when downloading new BATs and lots that some require you to install files manually. This means you must place all applicable files and folders inside ...My Documents/SimCity 4/Plugins. Also, some BATs and lots will include installers (.exe files) which will place the files inside your plugins folder for you.
