It says 'x/png not accepted by the server' instead of uploading the picture. .jpg or .jpeg conversion needed. Help PLZ

Hmm... works for me. Maybe your filesize is too large? It needs to be under 1.5 MB. There are tools that can reduce the filesize of PNG images without reducing the quality. PNGGauntlet is a free one.

Otherwise, if you want something that can do decent JPEG conversions, try GIMP. Be sure to move the quality slider to 100% when saving (you'll see what I mean when you try it) to minimize the dithering.

And whatever you do, DON'T use MS Paint for this!
