In what plataform is Simtropolis based?

Hello. I'm searching for a very professional plataform to create a site. I'm user of simtropolis since 2004, and I always wondered what plataform is used on the most recent version of the site. It must be somenthing like Drupal, or PHP-Nuke, but INCREDIBLY much more advanced.

Even the plataform costing thoushand of dollars (or no), can someone tell me?

Hahahaha. I'd better keep using my simple platform and wait my site get bigger to use it. The simplest version costs thousands of dollars!

But now I have an objective in my site.
