Residential which doesnt work

Hey guys , i downloaded a residential mod who switch house between this and maxis . I mean if i make a green zone(residential zone) its building a house from that mod. But i got problem . It doesnt work ,  I downloaded every Dependencies and still doesnt work ?It still building the maxis houses.... Anyone knows whats going on ? I also should add that i downloaded a comerrcial mod pack with new factories and bulidings (the yellow and blue zones) and they work fine , they look exactly like on screenshots .

    Its also on simtropolis too , i think . Anyways ur better in fixing problems so idk whats wrong . I dont like that in simtropolis that i got to wait 10 min for downloading 1mb file . So i download from there and from their page . I thought sim city connects people , doesnt it ?
