Sim City 4 Rush Hour installation Problem.

I seem to have a problem installing SimCity 4 Rush Hour. I have already installed the Original Sim City 4.

The problem occurs after "installing" rush hour. Whenever it finishes extracting an error occurs saying No CD is found in the drive something like that, when I start the game it says no CD found and my Rush Hour cd is in. When I tried taking out the CD and then putting it back in, the auto-run activates, but it doesn't say "Play" instead it gives me the option of Installing, read me and exit. My shortcut has been removed, and replaced with "Sim City 4 Rush Hour". I can play the game sort of, by placing the original Sim City 4 cd in. During game play  very strange problems occur, where all the buttons (You know when you click on options and stuff, and on the bottom theres button likes "Cancel", "Apply", "Ok". These text apparently are missing leaving empty blank buttons. Also during game the "Make a sim (where you choose a sim's car and pedestrian model etc)" Window appears while making a city, and does not remove itself, also this window cannot be somewhat interacted with, if I click on the "Move sim out button" on the window it closes the whole game.
