This is my third City journal, my previous two were fairly succesful, but I got Xbox live and they were promptly abandoned...  I finally got back to playing Sim City 4 and I realized nothing I was working on was very interesting to me anymore, so I cleaned house! I got rid of everything, and I mean EVERYTHING... and I started fresh. So far I have started on a new CJ and I feel it is going well as of now... I am going to be making the history up, and it may take a while, but it will come. But for now just don't bother with it... I am also showing the modds and some BAT's I am using to help some people out, and you can recommend some as well...

I also use the New York city map by NHP

But for now I will leave you with a few pictures of a developing transit system:

I'm the 'A' to the 'r', to the c-h-e-a-n,
and even though my name means 'old' I'm really quite pimp,
I'm Archilicious.

    Founding and Economic prosperity

    newport.jpg

Vamire was founded in 1386 by and explorer named Kahad. Kahad was an avid hunter and outdoorsman, so when he found what layed ahead of him in the Melanomus valley (now Point Veiw & Mequon) he was simply ecstatic... The land was very lush, great for farming and there were big game animals running abundantly... The inital population of the country was a mere 17, which included Kahad his family, and many of his hunting partners... The population soon exploded as news of the abundant farming land quickly spread. For many years, dozens of countries crops were ravaged due to droughts, and because of this, the farming community was a great source of wealth.

Vamire at the turn of the century had 8,000 residents, mostly farmers, but these farmers had the richest crops in the world... It was not long after other countries realized the potential of these farmlands that they decided that they were rightfully theirs... One country in fact launched all out war in 1417... The country of Vamire was no match for the experienced armies, they forfeited half of their land without retalliation. but this would not last...

    The war of Mequon

    revolutionary-war.jpg

The war of Mequon's importance can not be understated... After 24 years, in 1431, the populous Vamire (17,000) was ready to take back what was rightfully theirs... In July of 1431, 200 troops were sent at the black of night to attack the enemy soilders, they were vicrorious but the enemy government was enraged. Little did the Vamirians know, the 500 men based in Mequon was not the entire force... The enemy country had thousands of troops in wait, they were ordered to exterminate all of the Vamirians...

One Bystander country would not let this happen, they agreed to help out of the kindness of their hearts (although most historians agree they were in it to cripple the other countries forces) with the help of the other country, Vamire was able to aquire Mequon back from the enemy... The war was over by 1437

    Expansion and Superpower statis

Vamirian expansion lasted from around 1480-1880. Through clever negotiations and ingenious Military tactics the Vamirians were able to gather all the land they currently own to this day...

Vamire has generally been considered a "superpower" of a country since 1912, when they were able to single handedly stop invading armies twice their size with superior technology and wits... SInce the day that war has ended, the prosperity within the country of Vamire has generally been considered the best... At this point in time Vamire has the best economy, Military, Education, Health care, etc...
