trading blue prints

It says you can trade blue prints but how do you do it? I went to my on line site and I see manage your blue prints but there dosn't seem to be a button to actually trade them. Can someone tell how do i trade or ask for blue prints.

You do not 'trade' them in the conventional meaning of the word.

When looking at someone else's profile, any blueprint that they have not already activated can be selected and requested. Meaning, you're asking them to give it to you. They can reject or accept your request.

There is not a system in place to get anything in exchange for it.
