Is there a way I can download a city or region of Memphis?

Sorry if this a dumb question. This is my first post here, so take it easy on the newbie. HAHA

I thought it'd be real cool if there was a way I could download a region laid out like Memphis,Tn.  Is there a way for me to do this?

If you want a region that already has cities built on it, they're not available on Simtropolis. Regions that are already built up tend to be a little too big (well, quite a bit too big) for the servers to handle.
