FiSHMAN and iLives Reader Issues

I'm making a btm addon called "atex tubes"; or basically the futuristic tubes in futurama. But i'm reskinning the supports. The issue is that i can't seem to replace the texture after I edited it in the FiSHMAN editor. Here's a picture:

Can someone help me?

Due to some recent hotfixes, a few texture moddding programs don't work properly anymore in both WinXP and the newer Windows versions. You need to replace the FSHlib.dll. An updated version can be found here: https://www.sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=2250

I did download that, but the thing is that ilives reader thinks that right clicking on "replace texture" should allow it to show this message
