Custom resolution?

Is there any possibility to run the game in 1440x900

I'm running this on a widescreen laptop and the 2 highest resolutions are not able to play the game (they are,

but I have to scroll to the edge of the screen to view the rest of the city)

1024x768 works fine, but I find this a bit too low

So I was wondering if I could edit a file or a mod or something like that to run the game in the resolution I want
