problems with planet offer

hello all

I have this big problem trying to get a planet offer  with a temporary prepaid visa debt card

I tried 6 times and I got a error message saying sorry unable take your payment try again or contact

support Ihave did that all ready but no  answer yet

Hi,

I tried multiple times to purchase the Planet Offer with my Visa and using Firefox web browser.  After several tries, I switched to Internet Explorer and was able to purchase just fine.  You might try that....

I did that but they sent me a email stated that they do not take prepaid visa debt cards, say that they will have paypal soon but soon to them is 3 months from now, by that time I have lost all my cities

I have tried all the following, but no luck!!!

I have tried IE6, IE7, Firefox and google chrome

I have tried to VPN to US and Europ(Amsterdam) + local

I have disabled my Anti Virus Program

I have disabled all security settings in the browers

I have used different Credit cards

I have used 4 separate PCs, (Home, Office and Friends Home, Friends Office)

please help!!! 

can any one help, I have opened a ticked but no response!!!

now you see everyone that MC is not working on the major problem with PO for the poor players who cann't get a po because of their payment thing, I have sent a couple support tickets also hasoon and got te same answer.

I do not get it, r they accusing me of "Fraud" or they r not accepting subscriptions because they have a lot of frauds going on.!!?

something is not right about these guys. the game is not complete yet and the support is CRAP

I have bought the game for one of my friends on Steam and tried to get him 1 month of PO and again it did not work. even though I used to same Visa card on steam with no issues!!!

Update:

then I tried my Amex card from my friend. same ***** again

Now I got a final reply from Support:

"Thank you for your email.

 Our payment provider is blocking your transactions for security reasons.

Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to help you out.

if you did manage to buy PO. then I can transfer the money to you via PayPal or buy you anything from the internet with the same amount and then you can buy me 1 month of PO subscription?

I see the greedy player rismisner got a planet offer while the rest of us very poor citiesxl players cann't

MC does not care or do not want to put paypal on the web site, I feel I got robbed of 79.98 and made to play in solo mode

because they will not up date their web site

I don't have a visa card or whatever it is they need.

I have a regular bank card from here (Belgium - DEXIA bank)

I don't know how I'll get PO...
