Actually, there are quite a bit (for Cleveland standards) of R$$ and R$$$ residents Downtown. I think the number is around 9,500. That's up from a low of around 6,000. (And close to a goal of 10,000  by 2010!) 

Then again, I live 45 minutes away.

actually, there were almost 10k residents in downtown back in 2000

and due to all the new developement there the last 10 years, id expect the number of people it quite a bit higher now =]

its quite nice down there now days
