Connection Lost

Hi

I was playing in Planet Mode when suddenly the planet lost the connection and I was logged out. I lost 3000 citizens!!

Without warning!

I hope this random connection lost doesnt happen too often.

Any idea if the time interval between the planet save can be reduced to a more less time ?

it has happen to me 4 times from last night to about an hour ago

It's the same for me. It's happen sometimes during the game, sometimes loading the planet.... I've tried French and US servers. same result.

I'm really pissed. I have the 7days trial game, and in the last 3 days, I have been able to play correctly only once ! won't buy it

It happened to me a few time too! They need a save button + an auto save if the internet connection is lost!

It is nice to see that there are more people out there that are enjoying this problem

/NOTE/ the above smiley is an attempt on so called sarcasm, in no way do I enjoy being dissconnected or  being slapped with a large trout, or a small one /END NOTE/

But it seems like the majority of players don't have this problem which makes me wonder- why me?

Now on the CITIESXL.COM website, technical issues FAQ. it clearly states that they are aware of a problem and are trying to fix it, no doubt about it.

However I am not sure what my problem is as the "error message" DISAPPEARS before I get a chance to read it.

now that might be something concrete for the C-XL tech-team to fix, no point of having error messages if I don't get a chance to read them.

Just got the lost connection! Hopefully that is out of the way now. I played the entire trial week with no problems, then just signed up and right when I was about to get back to the game "connection lost". I hope it's not an omen.

Happened to me last night and again today - both around 30 minutes into play. I'm regretting this purchase more and more each day...re-installing SC4 as we speak...

Maybe in 6 months MC can get their act together. Not sure what the point of beta was...soo many glitches, bugs, bad mechanics. My excitement lasted about 1 day with this game.
