hi

when i have a house that has no kids in school, does that house ever have kids in school again?

because i moved the school to another area far from this house, seeing nobody goes to scholl anymore..

is that a good move?

another question.

when the house has a high level of education, if i rezone it to dense zone, will the high level of education remain? (im talking about the green area on the map indicating the eq levels)

thanks

Welcome to simtropolis!

1. This is because the sims have gotten older, depending on your heath care then the sims can live up to 100 years. Sims never move house so the area will get younger sims again, once the old ones have died. So is it a good move? YES, to save money temporarily but NO in the long term.

2. As long as you have enough capacity for the extra kids then YES.

    hi

    thanks for the welcome

i saw my residential zone become old and rejuvenate

    good thing

i also saw my sims complaining about the school being to far away now, so yeah, in the long run it is best to keep the schools even if not being used because when the city starts to get high eq residential + high wealth areas you dont want to demolish that area to place a school again

    good things
