I would suggest looking at the "show us your Interchanges" thread in the city building concepts section.

Go to the later pages and most of them tend to be RHW

Good Luck and remember, you don't have to stick to a certain design because the RHW isn't for that. It is so that you can create anything you want. I find that if you just build something, anything, build it as you go along. It can look very good.
