'Error: Cannot Find File Specified

 I installed the demo, registered, logged in, the launcher/updater downloaded a patch. I hit the 'install' button and I get the error message:

Error

System cannot find the file specified

I'm not sure what file it's looking for, so I can't look for the file myself. I already re-installed it...

I e-mailed tech-support and the asked for a picture of the error, so I figured if tech support is asking for one, you guys would totally need one too!

They weren't able to help with that picture regardless.

I find it weird they asked for a picture of the error. You would think they would know what their own error messages look like.

I have this problem, it displays the error "METHOD VERIFY ACCES FAILED" then this error"YOU DO NOT HAVE SUFFICIENT ACCES PRIVILEGES TO INSTALL THE GAME. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR ADMINISTRATOR"

What should I do?
