i need some textures a stadium grass etc dont know when i'll be done

i also need to ajust the little things (little poles that connect tot he guard rails) to match up so yah maybe a good 10 minute job there hmmm i need a nice glossy metal texture well thats all

Looks good actually - there definitely isn't a horse or greyhound racing track that I know of on the STEX and this will give Sims a chance to have a flutter.

There are so many add ons if you create a Horse Racecourse. Breeding stables, stud farms etc.
