SC4 Terraformer Issues

 Ok, So i have a Vista and for some reason, when I try and run Terraformer or mapper, they wont load and there is an error message, can anyone help?

Make sure you have all of the DirectX 9 files listed in the "read-me". Vista doesn't come with the files that are needed.

If you want to install the complete DirectX 9 distribution package, you can get it at the Microsoft DirectX web site. There are sites where you can get the individual files, I think you can find them with one of the web spiders [Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc.].

Ok, I have downloaded the Direct X 9 package, but i am getting the same error message, and it says:

does anyone know what this means???

The last I knew it does NOT work with Vista no matter what you do due in part to the way the new OS runs, but you know what they say about second hand information. By the way I have vista and I can't run em either if that helps any.

I have a Vista machine and I use Terrafomer all the time

You have to remove Direct X 10 first.

I will look or print a list of files from anywhere you might need on my machine to help you. my comp is a dual core vista premium.
