Making Residential Buildings Commercial Buildings

Hello all, I was wondering if anyone had ever turned the residential skyscrapers--not  the highrises--into commercial buildings. I really love some of the huge residential skyscrapers, and I usually label them as a business when I do my signs in my game, but it would be really freakin' awesome if they were coded as commercial properties in the game. Created jobs, et cetera. And even more excellent if they could also be propable.

Well, the short answer is no. The long answer is, they have some taller commercial skyscrapers in the ST Exchange.

I would suggest getting CAM (based at SC4Devition). They have very big buildings, if you can be bothered with all the dependencies.

Actually , they can. What you will need to do is , with an empty plugins folder (except for the model you want to change) and use Plugin manager.Then you can drag the model to whatever you are looking for. Here is a tut that I did to change into a static landmark..Changing A Growable Lot into a Landmark Lot
