Snowy Buildings

Is there a way to have snow on your buildings? I know the photoshoping way but do someone know if  there os something in the STEX for having snow on buildings??

Probably not. Try searching the STEX though, with something broad such as 'snow'. Photoshopping is the most realistic way though, whether there is a mod for it or not.

There are no mods that i know of and i have spent quite a lot of time in the STEX and the LEX of SC4 Devotion so i can tell you with confidence that there probably isn't one.( Making a mod like that would take a lot of effort because it would involve creating a specific texture for each separate building so it would be rather unlikely for it to have been made.)
