Hi there!

First off, if this is posting in the wrong section, I'm sorry!

Well, I've got this weird "error" while working with the BAT:

Anyone else having this problem, and/or have a solution?

I'm running it on Vista, if that matters.

Thank you in advance!

Has it completely loaded? For me it's nothing but a white screen until it completely loads.

Also, check the space on your graphics card and processer.

Enough RAM couldn't hurt either.

Simply put, check your computer specs. GMAX uses a lot of space. (up to four times more usauge than an internet connection)

PS. Welcome to Simtropolis! It's a great community for BATers, trust me.

Yes, it's only when I, for example, click on one of the screens, or try to place something on them.

If you keep clicking, does it say that it's not responding? If your computer's running slowly, this will become more common. As I said, GMAX uses as much as 4-5 times as much space as a regular program, so you should check availability in the C: and D: Drives to ensure it runs smoothly.

When I first got GMAX, my C Drive was about 7% free. Now, I emptied it down to about 13% free and GMAX runs much smoother.

So how full is your C: Drive?

It may be your display driver -- go to Customize / Viewports and change the display driver there. I had a problem similar to yours when trying to use OpenGL.

Thank you timcravey, it worked! I changed the driver from Direct3d to HEIDI or something, and it works! Thanks again.
