Cant download some items from simtropolis

I have downloaded many things from this site but more frequently now when i got to download a lot or stex file the size is only about 40kb and once its downloaded and installed it comes up in game but only half the building is there or its floating or something.

Why isnt it alowing me to download the full file?

Also when i click download the downloads counter goes from say 15,000 to like 10 or 8 heres a screenie...

im not sure about the first question, but for the second one, I think the small number is telling what's the number of download for the day or week.

no, the second number is just a glitch...

the last number of the amounts stays there after you've clicked download.

as for the first number, I've had this problem but it happened for the BAT tool and GMAX...

does this happen to everything you download or just a select few?

OS is an Operating System, e.g Windows 7, Mac OS, Linux, Windows Vista etc.

Another question, what browser (Firefox, IE, google chrome, etc.) are you using?

Can someone help me with a issue I have downloaded so many lots and ploppables but every time I start SC4 and go to my city I get brown boxes. A example of it is below when I download a tree ploppable I also checked to make sure I didn't miss and dependencies or any installing features. The NAM update didn't work for me also it actually crashed my computer when I clicked on a highway piece.
